Delivery Verification

All alcohol deliveries require adult signature verification:

  • If no one 21+ is available, the package will not be delivered
  • Acceptable IDs include: Driver's License, State ID, Passport, Military ID

Important Notice

If the delivery driver suspects the ID is fraudulent, expired, or that the recipient is intoxicated, they have the right to refuse delivery and return the package. No refund will be issued in such cases.

Fraudulent Information

Providing false information regarding your age is illegal and strictly prohibited. If we discover that false information has been provided:

  • Your account will be immediately suspended or terminated
  • Any pending orders will be cancelled without refund
  • We may report the incident to law enforcement
  • Legal action may be taken

State-Specific Regulations

In addition to federal age requirements, some states have additional restrictions:

  • We verify shipping addresses against state alcohol shipping laws
  • Some states prohibit direct-to-consumer alcohol shipments entirely
  • Quantity limits may apply in certain states
  • Additional taxes may apply based on your location
